Discounts and billing applied at time of each service. Discounts can not be applied retroactively. All payments must be made on a credit card. A single agreement cannot be used across multiple properties. Agreement will auto renewa each year. Agreement maybe cancelled with 30-day written notice by either party. Cancelled agreements will be retroactively billed to the beginning of the agreement date. Appointment priority allows you PRIORITY access to our emergency service appointments without any additional fees!
