March 18th 2013: Where did spring go?

What happened to our lovely spring weather??  DC is in for a wet and wintry mix all day today with more expected just in time for rush hour this afternoon.  Hopefully we should get our typical 60 degree spring weather here shortly but for now, enjoy the snow and more time inside with your family!
